Domestic Shipping

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed.

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping to most major countries. International shipping rates may vary depending on the country that we are shipping to. Typical transit time is between 5-15 business days, but occasionally items can experience customs delay of several weeks. When a package is in transit tracking is not provided for you package, we can only confirm delivery.

Confirmation on Shipping

When your item has been shipped we will send you an email confirming your shipment and provide you with your tracking number.

Refund and Returns

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for an exchange, refund, or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

It takes us approximately 5 days to process your refund once the item is back in our possession; we will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.

Return Instructions

  1. Repack the product in its original packaging materials and include a copy of the original documentation.

  2. Affix a return-shipping label to the package, and do not include any other markings or text on the package. Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a trackable carrier such as United States Postal Service registered mail, UPS, or FedEx to the address listed on your receipt.

Please contact us at 732-663-9676 (732-663-YORO) or yoropencs@gmail.com to discuss the repair procedure. We are happy to work with you and to get your Yoropen product fixed and back to you in a timely manner.

Before sending any product back for repair be sure to remove all accessories that do not pertain to the repair (i.e. - Refills, ink, converters, pen cases, etc.)
